Service Agreement

Service Fees
- Fees are calculated based on the volume and type of waste collected.

- Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice.
Client Responsibilities

Failure to comply may result in additional fees or refusal of service.
Contract Terms
Duration
The standard contract period is 12 months, with the option to renew annually upon mutual agreement. Clients will receive a reminder 60 days prior to the contract’s expiration to discuss renewal options.
Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days’ written notice. Early termination fees may apply under certain circumstances, such as breach of contract or failure to comply with payment terms.
Compliance and Regulations
We adhere to all local and national regulations regarding waste management. Clients must also comply with relevant laws and guidelines to ensure the appropriate handling of waste. Non-compliance may lead to suspension of services and potential legal action.
Liability and Indemnification
Our company is not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to improper waste handling by the client. Clients agree to indemnify and hold our company harmless against any claims arising from the client’s waste management practices.
Insurance
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage to protect against potential liabilities. Clients are encouraged to have their own insurance policies covering their waste management activities.
Confidentiality
All information disclosed during the course of our services will be treated with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose any client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in accordance with local laws.
Amendments
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes at least 30 days prior to the implementation of new terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Force Majeure
